Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper (red, green, yellow or orange)
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage in 2 in size.
  2. Cube the bell pepper and slice the onions.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Add the sausage and cook for about 7 minutes stirring frequently.
  5. Add the onions and peppers and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cook until onions are soft.
