Ingredients
- 1 lb of Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
- 1 onion
- 1 Bell Pepper (red, green, yellow or orange)
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the sausage in 2 in size.
- Cube the bell pepper and slice the onions.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
- Add the sausage and cook for about 7 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add the onions and peppers and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Cook until onions are soft.
