Having a picky eater can be stressful. Making sure they get all the nutrients and vitamins necessary in their diets can be challenging.
Here’s what I learned and what I do:
What can I feed my picky eater? Try incorporating vegetables and fruits in disguise in their meals. Start by choosing their favorite meal and substituting ingredients little by little. The goal here is to have our kids eating nutritious foods with all meals.
During the weekends get your child involved in the process of cooking. Most times than not if they help you make it they will eat it.
