  • Flour for dredging
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter divided
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
