These baked chicken wings or crispy fry chicken wings are insanely delicious and mouthwatering but the best of all they will not break your pocket.

How Do You Make the best Baked Crispy Chicken Wings?
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (Do this before you prep your wings. You want the oven really hot)
- Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Coat wings with peanut oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken wings up on a wire rack lined baking sheet. (make sure they don’t touch each other)
- Bake chicken wings for 40 minutes, flipping them over after 20 minutes to cook the other side.
- Remove from oven. Turn the broiler on.
- Place chicken wings back in the oven under the broiler for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.

How Do You Fry The Perfect Chicken Wings?

- Heat 1 1/2 cups oil over medium heat. (I used peanut oil because it does burn until at medium heat and also because it give good flavor to the chicken wings)
- When the oil is hot add the wings in small batches. DO NOT CROWD PAN.
- Turn wings when brown.
How Long Do You Have To Bake Chicken Wings?

It all depends on how big they are.
Chicken wings can take 50 minutes or more. Also if you want them crispier you may want to bake them just a bit longer as well
The Most Delicious and Mouthwatering Baked Chicken Wings

These wings come out perfect all the time. They are the ultimate crispy and sticky wings PACKED with flavor
Ingredients
- 20 Chicken wings
- Peanut oil to coat wings
- A few dashes of garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp of cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Asian Honey Sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 3 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 Tbps of water
- 1 tsp of cornstarch or flour
Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
- A small squeeze of honey to give it a small hint of sweetness
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place wire rack inside a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 450 °F.
- Pat dry the wings with paper towels.
- Toss wings with salt, pepper, garlic, and cornstarch. Make sure they are evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on the rack. making sure they don't touch each other.
- Bake for 30 min, then turn wings and bake for another 20 minutes. making sure they are brown and crispy.
- While the wings are cooking you can get started with the sauce of your choice
Asian Honey Sauce
1- In a small saucepan combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce heat simmering slowly until mixture thickens about 7-10 min
Buffalo Sauce
1- In a small saucepan combine all ingredients and stir until honey is dissolved.
