- 8 oz (250g) penne
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp (14g) butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup (210g) crush tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup (22g) parmesan
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
