  • 10 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (40 g) butter
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) parmesan cheese
  • 1 Lemon juiced and zest
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. First bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 
  2. Then add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

  • For a vegan lemon butter pasta version, replace the butter with vegan butter and the Parmesan cheese with vegan cheese.
