This delicious Keto Strawberry Smoothie it is made with fresh berries. If all you have is frozen berries go for it! it does not change the taste at all.
Sometimes when you are on a Keto or Low Carb diet you have these cravings for something sweet or just fresh fruits.
With this Keto smoothie you will satisfy your cravings and remain in ketosis.
This is one of my go-to drinks for those days when I just want something different than just water.
Keto Strawberry Smoothie
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1 tsp Keto sugar substitute (monk-fruit, erythritol)
- Few ice cubes
Note: You have the option of not adding any sweetner. The strawberries are sweet enough.
Give it a try both way and see which one you prefer.
